About Norovirus

The winter vomiting bug causes explosive outbreaks on cruise ships, in hospitals, and in schools. Named after Norwalk, Ohio. As few as 18 virus particles can infect a person. Causes about 200,000 deaths a year, mostly in poorer countries.
